Somebody ripped me off!

On another forum a poster that goes by the name of z200 wanted to buy a dead pedal I had for sale from my Z4. He had trouble getting a PayPal account established and pleaded with me to send the dead pedal and he would either pay by PayPal or send a cheque in the mail.

That was over 5 months ago. I know I should have demanded money before I shipped but I trused him. I have emailed him, and a commercial websire his brother runs for a product he sells in Athens.

I have sent emails everyday. No payment has been received.

The man who owes me name is Kostas Stamatis. He lives in Athens. What should I do with this thief? His email address is :kgolfgti@hotmail.com

In case that you dont have any proof or receipt about the transaction Get over it and dont do it again !!!!!!!!!Its your mistake

i dont think that you can do something...its the internet law you dont trust anyone.. you dont know who is behind the pc...
